Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund request.
Refunds are applicable only for regular-priced products. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Gift Purchases
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, an equivalent gift credit will be issued upon successful return.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Exchange not applicable for sizes and color.
